Actual 17th Century Recipes.

Inspired by The Art of Cookery Made Plain and Easy (1770) by Hannah Glasse, The English Huswife by Gervase Markham (1615), and The Accomplisht Cook by Robert May (1660).

The recipes ("receipts" as they were called at the time) included are taken almost verbatim from the cookbooks mentioned above with only minor changes. It's a fascinating look into the 17th Century, and easily blends into the atmosphere of the Fallen RPG.

Ready your Lymbecke (i.e. alembic for distilling), grab some Langdebeefe (i.e. beef tongue) and bray (i.e. crush) your spices.

Note that Holwice Blodwell is a fictitious character created for the pamphlet.
