Rabbits & Demons (Art Assets)
A downloadable art pack
"Delightfully creepy."
What is this?
These are hand-drawn tracings of public domain woodcuts from the 16th through 18th centuries.
They were created in Procreate. In most cases they are a single subject taken from a larger work, and enlarged. The canvas size is 8.5x11" 300 dpi (US Letter) with a drawing in black on a white background. Files are in PNG format. The goal is to make them large enough to use when creating zines in A5 format.
The original works were provided by sources such as Rijksmuseum, Public Domain Review, and Old Book Illustrations. They have been altered to varying degrees, such as the devil using a man's mouth as a privy from Taylor’s Physicke Has Purged the Divel (1641). Although I do encourage you to check out the original.
License
This art asset pack is published under a CC-BY-4.0 license. You are free to use these images in your personal and commercial projects. You can remix, edit, alter, recolor, and otherwise modify them. Please credit "Exeunt Press". If you'd like to include a link, you can use exeuntpress.itch.io.
I'd ask that you not just resell them without modification or incorporation into a larger work. And while not required, I'd love to hear about how you found a use for them, so please share!
